All ages for convention are determined as of date of event.

Mini (7-10yrs), Junior (11-13yrs), Teen/Senior (14+). Advanced 6 yr old's may register at the Guardian/Studio Owner/Teacher's discretion.

The workshop ages listed above are simply guidelines; Studio Owners/Directors may use their discretion to place their dancers in the appropriate classroom levels.

If registering as an Individual, a $100 deposit is due upon registration to secure your spot.

If registering as a Studio, a $100 deposit is due upon registration to secure your spot for up to 10 dancers (any Studios requiring more than 10 spots held will be required to submit an additional $100 for every 10 spots held).

Dance studios may apply their own additional administrative fees. This is very common in the industry and is used to cover the time and expense Studio Owners incur while organizing, registering and attending these events.

Workshop fee includes all classes as per tentative schedule listed.

All fees are in United States Dollars.

Canadian and Mexican checks are not accepted.

Fees will increase after the early bird deadline (one month prior to event date).

Bank money orders and bank wires must be payable in US Funds only.

All returned checks will be subject to a $35 fee.

No refunds on workshop fees.

Dancers must be registered for the entire workshop and attend all classes to qualify for for scholarships.

Level changes can be made during the first class should space permit. Please notify the Glow desk of any level changes and we will exchange wristbands, if necessary.

All faculty and classes are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.
